Professional Summary: Melissa S. Warren, CCIM, is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor and the New Orleans metropolitan market leader for Stirling, with more than two decades of experience providing commercial real estate advisory services since 2001. Based in New Orleans, she specializes in industrial, office, and retail sales and leasing, along with tenant and landlord representation. Melissa has led investment, market, and financial analyses, negotiated purchase and lease agreements, and managed transaction due diligence, site selection, user decision analysis, and planning and zoning matters. Her experience includes representing medical clients with retail and office site selection, serving as leasing agent for East Jefferson General Hospital, and advising financial institutions on the disposition of distressed assets and surplus branches. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with industrial and bioscience clients on site selection, market analysis, shipyard and asset disposition, industrial park and river terminal acquisitions, and ground-up development. Highly active in professional and community service, Melissa serves in leadership and board roles with NOMAR-CID and LACDB, holds memberships in CCIM, ICSC, NAIOP, and New Orleans CREW, and volunteers with the Louisiana SPCA, New Orleans City Park, and Habitat for Humanity.
